• Brand Enhancement – Brand enhancement to be created by affiliation between PETS CENTRAL clinics and PETS CENTRAL hospitals.

Business Opportunity
The first company hospital was opened in Sai Kung , September 2006. This was followed by the opening of a second full service clinic in October 2006 at the Provident Centre in North Point. Our 24/7 hospital in Mong Kok was opened in December 2006. In order to provide the best service to our Hong Kong Island clients, the hospital in Causeway Bay was opened in March 2008. It has merged with North Point effective December 2009. We also provide a mobile hospital service to our clients starting in September 2008 and regularly provide service to clients in Park Island , Fairview Park and Palm Springs. The first franchise hospital opened in Tseung Kwan O in January 2010 with other franchisees under discussion.

Business Opportunity
The company has a very conservative business plan. It is anticipated that the company will launch several PETS CENTRAL hospitals in Hong Kong and in Greater China market within the first five years of operation. The company will also opportunistically seek to open hospital in other Asian territories and acquire hospitals in the United States in its initial years of operations.
