Headquartered in Hong Kong, Pets Central will operate a network of veterinary hospitals and clinics, an action-packed Pet Parents Club for pets and their parents, and an insurance brokerage for pets. One Stop Care
Professional Veterinary Care – “Care from the Heart”: Pets Central hospitals and clinics operate within an integrated network to provide the most comprehensive veterinary services. A dedicated team that includes emergency and critical care veterinarians as well as overseas-qualified veterinary technicians expertly blend professional vet care with state-of-the-art technology. To provide maximum support to our expanding clientele, one hospital, are set to operate on 24/7 basis, while a clinic-to-clinic referral program is also being put in place.
Pet Parents Club – “We love pets”
A private club for members – pets, their parents and friends – with activities centering on Recreation, Education and Pet-parenting. The Pet Parents Club aims to promote the well-being and welfare of pets, and foster the bond between pets and their parents as well as among the pet parents themselves. The club also welcomes “pet-friendly” members who do not, or are unable to, look after a pet themselves but want to be involved in pet-related activities.
Pet Insurance Agency – “Care for life”
With a growing demand for better pet care and welfare, Pets Central has devised a range of insurance policies for pets, from basic to most comprehensive, tailored to the needs of pets and their parents.
Re-homing Programme
Committed to animal welfare, Pets Central goes one step further to support re-homing programmes. Space in our locations will be offered to recognized Hong Kong animal welfare and re-homing organizations or groups for animal adoption purposes.
