Steven J. Apedaile

Mr. Apedaile is a practicing member of The Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales, and of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Apedaile trained as a Chartered Account with a medium-sized firm of chartered accountants in London and, in January 1981, joined a “Big Four” firm in Hong Kong. In 1987, Mr. Apedaile became an Audit Director with Horwath. Since then, the firm has grown from a staff of 20 t a multi-disciplined group of 11 directors and over 150 staff. In addition to auditing a wide range of clients, Mr. Apedaile’s activities have included mergers and acquisitions, the raising of capital and consultancy for initial public listings.
