Malcolm Kemp, former Trustee of the SPCA

Mr Kemp is a partner and the head of litigation at Stephenson Harwood & Lo.  His practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on insolvency, international trade, banking and regulatory work.  He acts for large multinational corporations to medium to small sized companies, accountancy firms and banking institutions.  Mr Kemp received his BA, Jurisprudence from Keble College, Oxford University in 1976, was admitted in England and Wales in 1980, and in Hong Kong in 1982.  Mr Kemp was identified as an Asialaw’s Leading Lawyer (Dispute Resolution) in 2005.
