Julie Kathryn Wicks, Non Executive Director

Before moving to Hong Kong from Australia in 1986, Julie was the Personal Assistant to one of Australia’s leading economic forecasters and strategic planners, Phil Ruthven of IBIS and also helped set up Western Pacific Management Ltd., one of Australia’s first venture capital firms.  In Hong Kong, Julie has set up and been involved in various entrepreneurial businesses.  Julie has also volunteered her time to numerous charities, most notably Hong Kong Dog Rescue, where she assisted the founders set it up as a charity.  Julie is passionate about animals, dogs in particular, and has a vision that in time, all life will live in harmony and is therefore keen to educate people with this in mind through the Company and its registered charity.
