Wu Tai Chow, Non Executive Director 

Mr. Wu is the Chairman of T.C. Wu Investments Limited, which is primarily engaged in the consultancy of the development of power generation equipment business for leading multinationals and the development of real estate in China.  Since the early 1980s, he has been involved in building the nuclear power generation business in China.  Mr. Wu has been with Siemens China since 1987 and is presently Consultant responsible for developing Siemens power generation equipment business locally.  Prior to joining Siemens, he was Senior Representative to Westinghouse Electric China from 1985 to 1987.  Mr. Wu is also actively involved in the political environmental arenas and was a member of the China People’s Political Consultative Committee from Guangdong from 1979 to 2004.  He has also been a member of the Executive Committee for Worldwide Life Fund since 1981.  Mr. Wu was a journalist in the 1960s to the 1970s and was founder of the Hong Kong Evening News.
