Peter G. de Krassel, Non Executive Chairman
Mr. de Krassel is a lawyer admitted to practice in California, Washington D.D., United States Supreme Court, Federal Courts and The Court of Customs and Patent Appeals. He specialized in international transactions and political expediting before he became a businessman, writer and lecturer. Mr. d Krassel is the founder and CEO of Counselors at Large, a strategic consultancy. Author of the Custom Maid book series, he has been intimately involved in China-America business since 1978. He is the founder of China Associates Limited, the leading distributor of foreign television programming in China in the 80s and 90s, and of Asia Cable & Satellite Directory and Asia Cable and Satellite World, the leading publications focused on the cable and satellite business in Asia (1994-1999).

Mr. de Krassel was also the CEO of American Broadcasting Corporation Radio International (1994-1996), and was Chief Organizer and member of the Board of Directors of Mercantile National Bank (1979-1987), at the time, the largest initially capitalized bank in US banking history. He has been called as an expert witness before State Legislative bodies and City Councils. He is the past Chairman of the Customs Law Committee of the Los Angeles Bar Association, and has also served as a member of the California State Motion Picture Council, the California Secretary of State’s Asian Task Force. Mr. de Krassel received his B.Sc degree with honors from California State University at Northridge in 1968 and his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of California Hastings College of Law in 1971.
